Quiet operation

From 68 dB(A) as standard The cleverly engineered enclosure is safe and compact, and absorbs noise effectively without the need for any additional parts. Stangard, package noise level is only 68 - 72 dB(A).Low noise level allows you to install the BL compressors on the work floor and thus saves the cost of a separate compressor room and associated piping.

Controlling and monitoring your compressor station

Clear tex indicator display

The controller has a four line display with menus and tactile buttons for easy navigation. Two lines display operating information such as pressure, temperature, operating hours, etc. while the other two lines display advisory messages, shutdown messages, recommended part numbers and service contact information. It is the same controller used in Gardner Denver's VS series, but programmed for load/no load operations with fixed speed compressors.

Communication and Sequencing

The optional communication module allows the AirSmart™ units to talk to each other. This isn't just an hour-balancing, on/off sequencing scheme. Our controller allows the system to truly optimize efficiency because it knows the capabilities of other machines and orchestrates their operaton. The comminication module also allows remote monitoring of the VS and BL units. This application provides better energy efficiency in part load operations.

The belt driven BL30 and BL37 are fitted with the unique Gardner Denver Inlet valve. The extremely low internal pressure drop, combined with the proven ENDURO Plus 12 air end are a solid guarantee for excellent performance. The integrated TEMPEST 12 unit with cyclone preseparation will provide you with the lowest possible residual oil content.

Optimized Cooling System
Upgrade after-cooler provides cool air to the aftertreatment equipment. The cooling air can be easily ducted.

Maximum flexibility

Producing optimal pressure 7.5 bar, 8.5 bar, 10 bar and 13 bar maximum operating pressure plus the low pressure model at 4 bar.
